Activities

  • Read the Scrum Guide (scrumguides.org).
  • Watch a video on the Agile mindset.
  • Take ExamOS Rookie mode quiz (30 questions) on Scrum basics.

Week 2

Scrum Events

Topics

  • Sprint (timebox, purpose, cancelation)
  • Sprint Planning (what, how, sprint goal)
  • Daily Scrum (15‑minute, inspect progress)
  • Sprint Review (inspect increment, adapt backlog)
  • Sprint Retrospective (improve process)

  • Simulate a Sprint Planning meeting with a sample project.
  • Create a list of retrospective techniques.

Week 4

The Scrum Master Role & Servant Leadership

  • Servant leadership vs. command‑and‑control
  • Conflict resolution and team dynamics
  • Scaling Scrum (Nexus, LeSS, SAFe basics – only high‑level)

  • Role‑play a coaching conversation with a developer.
  • Identify impediments in a sample sprint.
  • Take ExamOS Challenger mode full quiz (all domains).

Week 5

Legend Mode & Exam Simulation

Topics

  • Full syllabus review (all topics)
  • CSM exam format (multiple‑choice, 50 questions, 60 minutes)

  • Take ExamOS Legend mode full quizzes (80% hard) – at least 2.
  • Simulate the full 60‑minute exam.
  • Review every incorrect answer.
  • Once you pass Legend mode twice in a row, schedule your real exam.
Consistent >85% on Legend mode.
