ExamOS Pricing and Credit Packs
A credit is the usage unit for eligible ExamOS actions, including starting quiz sessions in paid modes. For the full rules on how credits are earned, used, expire, and displayed on your account, see the Credits Policy.
Credit packs are one-time or recurring purchase options that add credits to your account balance. Availability, pack sizes, and validity periods may change over time. The table below reflects the current active packs in our billing database.

Pricing FAQ
Can I transfer credits to another account?
No. Credits stay with the account that earned or purchased them and cannot be transferred, pooled, or exchanged for cash.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Start by checking your payment method details and trying again. If you were charged but no credits appeared, contact support and include the purchase email and approximate transaction time so we can investigate.
What if I need more credits than the listed packs provide?
Use the largest active pack available first. If you need a higher-volume option for a team or heavier usage, contact us and we can review whether a larger pack should be added.
Do purchased credits expire?
Each pack shows its validity period in the table below. If a pack has no expiry, it will be labeled accordingly in the product experience.
Can I get a refund after credits are added?
Refund handling depends on the payment status and whether the credits were already delivered or used. If something looks wrong, contact support promptly and we will review the order.
